Kristie is a master broker. She works tirelessly to put together and close a deal, leaving no stone unturned for her client. She is always prepared with the facts of the current real estate market. Anyone who has the good fortune to work with her can feel confident that she is best in her field. She just closed a transaction for me that had many bumps along the road but she saw it through to closing rem...

What Our Clients Say

Look no further - Kristie Bryant is one of the very best in the country. I've worked with top realtors in NY, SF, Joshua Tree, and Austin. The service, level of experience, and know-how that Kristie provides are bar none. She knows the market inside and out and knows what contracts and terms one needs to put in place to protect the seller from a disastrous experience I had with my last broker, with a buy...

What Our Clients Say

Kristie helped us find the perfect home for our large family, which was no easy feat in 2021. We enjoyed working with her tremendously, and she greatly lessened the stress of buying in the crazy Austin market. She was patient with us, extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, super smart, and an overall lovely and genuine person. I'd highly recommend her.

What Our Clients Say

Deciding to sell your home after 36 years was a big decision. Kristie made this decision easy, as she was in contact with us constantly. She outlined a plan going forward, and it worked smoothly. We purchased a home in another city, so we were not present the last month. Kristie and her outstanding team were able to get the house ready for sale. We were very pleased with her real estate knowledge and cap...

Kristie and her team were phenomenal partners in the process of moving to Austin and purchasing our home. Kristie listened intently to the needs of our family, and provided excellent guidance on location and type of home when we were in the decision-making stage. Once we'd decided to purchase a new build, she stuck with us for a full 15 months until we closed. She advocated for our needs every step of th...

What Our Clients Say

Working with Kristie was great! She kept us up-to-date on listings in our desired area and was very easy to talk to. Not just that, but our first offer got accepted in a very competitive market!!! We were first-time homebuyers and she and her whole team made the process so seamless and easy for us. We would love to work with Kristie again!

— Maisie L.

What Our Clients Say

Our Realtor, Kristie Bryant, is the Mayo Clinic of Realtors. Kristie and her team took fantastic care of us from the beginning to end of our home buying journey. Her team is a well-oiled machine and - I promise - will make you feel incredibly relieved to have her running point on your home buy/sell. Kristie came by way of an enthusiastic referral from the parents of a student my wife teaches. We contacte...

Kristie was such a huge help while finding our land we were looking for. We just had an idea of what we wanted but Kristie really helped us bring it to life.
