COVID Guidelines for Buyers

Your safety is of utmost importance to the Best of Austin Living Team at Keller Williams Realty. Our strategy will be created with you based upon your specific needs. For both sellers and buyers, we are using best practices to keep everyone as safe as possible. - Request a video and 3D tour for all properties buyer(s) are interested in. - Personalize a virtual showing via FaceTime. - Buyer(s) are asked to wear masks to all in-person showings. - We will keep our car kits stocked with safety and sanitization supplies. - As needed, we will provide hand sanitizer, gloves, and shoe coverings to all parties before entering a property. - We will have extra disinfectant wipes and masks. - We have a game plan to minimize the time spent inside a property. Questions and feedback can be gathered before or after a showing, or outdoors. - For many properties, buyer(s) will be asked to sign a COVID statement confirming if they have or have or have had a temperature. - Buyer(s) may be asked to leave their shoes outside the house and to not touch ANYTHING in the home. Most seller(s) will leave all lights on and leave all interior doors open to minimize what needs to be touched inside the home. - Buyer(s) may be asked to be in and out of the house within 15 minutes.
